Since 2023, Cillian Walsh Advisory has run the Leinster Founder Bridge programme — a pro-bono, six-month mentorship scheme pairing 40 senior women in finance and operations with early-stage female founders each year. The firm funds facilitator time, venue costs, and independent programme evaluation; participants are selected through an open application reviewed by an external panel that includes Network Ireland and the DCU Ryan Academy.
