Michelle McDaid is the founder of The Leading Place, a purpose-driven startup helping organisations reimagine leadership and build cultures where both people and performance thrive. With over 25 years of technology leadership experience, most recently as Senior Director of Engineering at Workhuman, Michelle holds an MSc (Hons) in Work & Organisational Behaviour from DCU. She is a qualified coach, CIPD Associate, and passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and gender equity in technology. Michelle is a frequent speaker, mentor, and board member, recognised as a finalist in the Everywoman in Tech Awards and included in CTO Craft 100. Michelle is a frequent speaker at conferences, and on podcasts and panels.
